Yay!!!!! my first meet, not too bad given the fact that we took pix of flowers and such, not quite my thing, but neither is photography, but what the hell, whats the use of life if u dont try new things? I had a kick ass time guys, when we gonna do dis' again? :)

Well.. here's the bit from my DA journal:

Mostly photographers showed up. We met at the Seattle Arboretum, waited for an hour or so for people to arrive, and then set off to take some photos and enjoy some conversation. We spent a couple hours walking around and then went to eat some Chinese in the U District.

I got my first chance to really use my new camera (the Minolta DiMage Z2) at the meet and I feel that I was able to put it to good use. I particularly enjoyed the macro shots of the various flowers.

I'm looking forward to the next meet. Until then, I'll just have to get out more on my own and start taking more pictures ;)

haha, well, i supose i will have to make something using the textures i took. got quite a few actually. Ill put everything on hold and start something a.s.a.p.! :)

Well I tried to go, but my brother isn't too fast at moving anywhere... we didn't even get out of Olympia until 4pm. Baby's and wives make things too slow. Arg. Oh well.. Metalica rocked the house! Hehe :)

Well i feel like a total piece o crap, I got up too late and I was suppose to meet my (kind of) long time buddy for the first time fallout75 I'm sorry guys, I will most definitely be at the next one!!
