*DA-WASHINGTON MEET #3

Meet number THREE meeting point will be at:


Tacoma, WA
SUNDAY June 13th
2:00PM - 00:00

DIRECTIONS:

The Tacoma Dome Bus Station is located on Puyallup Ave across from the Amtrak station. The parking garage there is free and has more than enough space. We'll meet at the light rail station detailed here and then ride into downtown from there. We can then explore the area (museum district, UW Tacoma, Tacoma's downtown, etc.). The light rail line runs every 10 minutes on Sunday, from 11:30am to 6:30pm (shuts down after that) and is free.

Bring your camera, sketchpad, whatever... Tacoma's downtown will be your inspiration!

It has been brought to my attention that the accumulation of the 140+ gif files creates a horrendous lag/loading/refresh time on the front page. *Planning for the Next Meet
At the request of many members, plans for meets will be posted well in advance. As noted, people vary widely in ability to attend meets; therefore it is left up to the majority to decide on a date and location.

As a proposed timeframe for meet THREE let us decide around the area of May 27-30th (That is the last weekend of May). Please communicate and bounce ideas off each other in the journal entry as to the details of location/date/time.

Once a general consensus is met, official details will be posted approximately 7days before the meet. So stay tuned!





*UPDATE ON MEET
It seems the general consensus is that the majority would like to meet in Tacoma. Some people are not able to make it the last week of May due to Memorial Day Weekend plans. Would the same people that are able to go Memorial Day Weekend be able to go the following weekend; that of June 3rd- 6th?

A few ideas on possible locatoins have been brought forth such as the Glass Museum or the Water Front around 1pm. Remember all locatoins and times are created based on what the majority can attend to, so please give your input! Continue to follow the discussion in the current journal entry.
